Visiting Angels Companion Care
We begin by reviewing client's needs through an initial in-home assessment. When necessary we consult with the care recipient's family members, physician(s), social workers, hospitals, and/or nursing home staff.

Next, working in conjunction with the family, we develop an individualized program to manage daily needs. We match needs to the best possible caregiver, who then meets with the clients so they can participate in the selection process.

After the caregiver has been placed in the client's home, we continue our unique system of continued personalized contacts through telephone check-in and quality control home visits. Most important, we continually communicate with everyone who may be involved in providing oversight of the client's care
